For some reason, the product program may not be working properly, the files required for it to work may be missing. In some instances, the installation may not have been completed properly.

Please refer to the following:

Security software

Depending on the security software you are using, alerts such as “malware” or “threat” being detected may be displayed when the product is started. We do a thorough inspection to make sure that the programs distributed do not contain viruses or malware.

Security software may erroneously detect files that are not downloaded.

Countermeasure 1:

Turn off the security software, “Exit” or “Pause”, or “Turn off malware detection” and check the operation of the product program.

For security software settings and operations, please check with the security software manufacturer.

If the issue is still not resolved, you may have isolated (or moved) the files needed to operate the product when detecting “malware” or “threat”.

Please try the following step 2 with the security software closed.

Countermeasure 2:

After uninstalling the product, restart Windows and reinstall the latest version. Please re-install with the security software closed and paused. Then download the latest version of the software.
