Q: When I play the recorded video using ZEUS RECORD, only the audio is fast.

Depending on your PC specs, it is possible that the audio of videos recorded with ZEUS RECORD / ZEUS RECORD LITE becomes faster. This usually occurs when the PC’s sound devices such as Conexant HD Audio are being used.

This sound device is used in personal computers manufactured by Toshiba, Fujitsu, etc.

Device driver update

Some failures may incur in the driver software of the corresponding device. If you can update the driver software, please try updating.

Driver software is distributed on PC manufacturer sites. Please contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver or how to update to the latest version.
