If you lose the audio of the recorded video when you connect earphones or headphones with ZEUS RECORD, please check the following.
- When connecting earphones or headphones with ZEUS RECORD, connect the earphones or headphones before launching the ZEUS series.
- Play the content that you want to record and check that the sound is correctly heard from the earphones or headphones.
- Launch the ZEUS series and start recording.
When using earphones or headphones, pay attention to the order in which they are connected. The same applies when removing earphones or headphones. If you connect, check, and disconnect during recording, you will not be able to record audio properly. Before launching the ZEUS series, it is important to bring it into the required state for recording.
